DEGREE OF USE OF MANAGEMENT ENGINEERING METHOD IN THE DEVELOPMEN OF ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESSES IN PUBLIC SECONDARY SCHOOLS FROM THE POINT OF VIEW OF MANAGERS AND MANAGERS

This study aimed to identify the degree to which management engineering is used in the development of administrative processes in public secondary schools from the point of view of managers and managers, and the problem of studying has been identified in answering the following questions What degree of use of management engineering in the development of administrative processes in public secondary schools from the point of view of managers and managers? Do the averages of the degree of use of management engineering in the development of administrative processes in public secondary schools vary from the point of view of managers and managers to different sex, scientific qualification, and management experience? To achieve this, the study was conducted on an available sample of managers and directors, consisting of 12 managers and directors. A questionnaire made up of (35) paragraphs was used spread over seven areas: planning, organization, guidance, follow-up and evaluation, control, communication, and decision-making in the light of administrative engineering. The total stability factor of the tool using the Kronbach Alpha equation was 0.935. The data were statistically processed using calculation averages, percentages, testing (t) of two independent groups, Pearson correlation coefficient and single variance analysis. The study found that the degree of use of management engineering method in the development of administrative processes in public secondary schools from the point of view of managers and managers came to a high degree, and that there are no differences between the average responses of the members of the sample study on the degree of using the method of administrative engineering in the development of administrative processes in government secondary schools from the point of view of managers and managers due to the sex change, and to the change of management experience, there are differences between the average responses of the study sample members due to the variable of scientific qualification and in a higher interest than the bachelor's. In light of the results, the researchers recommended several recommendations, the most important of which are: The need to provide all elements, and the requirements for the use of management engineering, in the development of administrative processes. The need to adopt management engineering in the development of administrative processes in public schools, and to verify the quality of administrative processes.
