THE EFFECTIVENESS OF USING TECHNOLOGICAL MEDIA IN TEACHING ARABIC TO THE LITERACY CLASS:THE NATIONAL OFFICE FOR LITERACY AND ADULT EDUCATION IN OUARGLA, ALGERIA (SAMPLE)

The process of education is a human right, and the educational process differs from one group to another, and from one age to another. The category of adult learners is less concerned with language and educational studies. Therefore, this last category requires special attention and great care in the education process in different institutions so that this category has the opportunity to express About the self, and then develop its talents and capabilities to integrate individuals into societyTherefore, this research paper attempts to shed light on this educational linguistic reality using technological means, by posing the problem of the difficulty of communicating linguistic knowledge, in the era of information technology, and then the problem of our study is limited to a main question that is as follows: How do modern technological media contribute to teaching the Arabic language when Seniors Literacy Class - Sample In order to develop their listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, and to achieve this endeavour, a questionnaire was prepared for learners at the National Office for Literacy and Adult Education in Ouargla, Algeria. To answer our question, Hence, we proposed a set of recommendations to encourage and develop the talents of this category and take into account the individual differences of all categories of learners of different ages and conditions, thus achieving balance within the same society, hoping through them to be taken into consideration.
